Thanksgiving Day is celebrated in the USA on the fourth Thursday of November. This year is the 25th. It is a federal holiday and all is closed. People give thanks for the blessings that they have received during the year. At dinner time the families eat stuffed turkey, cranberry sauce, potatoes, corn and pumpkin pie. There are parades in the streets.
